- Approval of content by beat admin (payment will not be processed until beat admin have confirmed that the content is approved, please allow 5 working days for approval)
- Content approval – your listing will be posted and you payment processed. You will be notified of your listing going live by email. If for any reason your listing is not approved, beat staff will contact you.

- Option 3 Premium listing - As 'option 2', also listed at top of page in highlighted box (will be very eye-catching and the first listing a viewer would see). The listing can also be placed under a 'national' category if requested.
Updating your details:
If you need to update your entry at any time, simply log on using your user name and password.
